The Washworld Razor wash is built around a proven design with several enhancements for the operator and the customer. This state of the art touch-free wash allows for easy installation, simple maintenance, reduced downtime, and round-the-clock support for managers and owners on the move. We also offer Washworld’s full product line including the Revv, High Velocity, and the Radiantz automatic washes.

SELF-SERVE CARWASHES
Washtech manufactures some of the finest Self-Serve Carwash equipment available. The Wave Series offers a unique, modular design which allows us to build any size carwash quickly and easily. With such brands as CAT, FloJet, Allen-Bradley, and Baldor incorporated in our carwash equipment, you can be sure that these systems will provide operator versatility, optimum efficiency, and minimum downtime as well as years of reliable performance.
The distinguishing features of our Standard Pump Modules include:
CAT Model 310S Pumps
5HP, Premium Efficiency, 3-Phase Baldor Motors
Pre-wired motor control center, CSA Approved
Built-in Belt Tensioning System
Stainless Steel soap and Wax solenoids with built-in metering
Up to 4 GPM @ 1800PSI
Heavy duty, 12 gauge, powder-coated module frame
Washtech now offers a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) option for all systems. This option can be used to deliver Spot Free Rinse at a lower pressure through the CAT Pump, allow different pressure settings for different cycles, as well as provide a Ramp Up/Ramp Down feature to reduce wear on motors and pumps.
Our Standard Fluid Modules were recently redeveloped to be completely modular in design. The Fluid Module now consists of individual tanks set into a constructed frame, allowing for much more flexibility and easier shipping.

PARTS & SERVICE
Washtech has Calgary’s largest inventory of parts and accessories for any type of vehicle wash system. And if we don’t have it on our shelf, we can get it for you, typically within 5 business days. We also stock two lines of Chemical, Blendco and Precision Chemicals. We have parts available for virtually every pump in the marketplace, as well as all of the popular wear items at a carwash, such as Hoses, Guns, Wands, Nozzles, Fittings, Towels, etc. Just call the parts counter or send an email to parts@washtech.ca and ask for what you are looking for. We will be able to help you!
Technical Service and Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you require service after regular business hours (8AM – 4:30PM MST), just call our
main number, 403.243.1312, and your call will be forwarded to the On-Call
Technician.
